What we do







Commercial Insurance is the core of our business and has been since the company was first established over twenty years ago. We believe that the way in which we handle the insurance needs for our commercial clients and the level of expertise and service we provide is what makes us stand out from the crowd. When we receive an enquiry we will immediately designate one of our Senior Account Handlers to deal with the potential Client. First communication will usually be by means of a telephone call, but whenever possible (and practical) we will visit the Client in order to assess the risk and prepare the best case for presenting the information to Insurers. It is our job to assess the risk for you - we are Insurance experts.
The individual Broker you meet and first deal with will stay as your contact and adviser. We do not employ high pressure salesmen who are tasked with gaining new business and then move on. We feel that this is important; you need to have confidence that your Broker knows your risk and is able to negotiate knowledgeably on your behalf. We prefer to establish a long-term trusted relationship with each of our Clients.
The Broker will be backed up by a team of qualified Administrators who are able to deal with all aspects of your insurance, from technical questions to routine accounting queries.
